We have a keep-fit class on a Monday evening 6.45pm - 7.45pm. Don't worry about being extra fit and able, the class caters for all who come along and aims to have fun and get a bit fitter in the process. If you would like to come along phone the office and book a place (it's pay as you go).
Tuesday we have two Pilates classes 10.00am-11.00am for the over 50's and 11.15am-12.15 which is open to all. If you are interested please contact church office as booking and pre-payment is esssential due to small class sizes.
